Members of the Bloomington League of Women Voters will be in the meeting room of the Oxboro Library, 8801 Portland Ave S., to help with voter registration and answer questions about voting. There will be a presentation at 6:30 about how to vote, find information about what's on your ballot, and changes to election policy that were passed during the 2023 legislative session. Laura Calbone from FairVote Minnesota will provide information and answer questions about Ranked Choice Voting. This program will be repeated on Oct. 17 at the Penn Lake Library, 8800 Penn Ave. S
